All of the above are made with fresh fruit and are available in the following flavours; apple, mango, peach, watermelon, banana, orange, pear, kiwi, passion fruit and strawberry.
Martinis are served straight up. Daiquiris & Margaritas can be straight up, on the rocks or frozen.

Il Maschio Mojito
A combination of fresh lime, mint, gomme syrup, fused with light rum served over crushed ice.

Madallena
A variation of the classic Mojito, mixed with vanilla, vodka, apple juice, fresh limes and mint, served over crushed ice.

Cosmopolitan
A classic infusion of Stolichnaya Vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime, cranberry juice and gomme syrup, delivered straight up.

Smooth Getaway
A blend of succulent watermelon, vanilla vodka, crushed ice, white sugar and a touch of vanilla syrup, muddled with fresh lime.

Kiwi Kick Start
Sour citrus explosion, muddled from Kiwi, lemons, stirred through with white rum, Red Bull and gomme syrup.

Rocktail
Our alternative Red Bull favourite of strawberry puree, passion fruit, vodka, limes and crushed ice.

Moscow Mule
Timeless classic featuring Stolichnaya Vodka, ginger beer and fresh lime juice served over cracked ice.
